It’s already been two weeks since we relaunched FLO Coaching here in Anna Paulowna (an hour north of Amsterdam). The relaunch has been wonderful, as the first in-person guided session has already taken place. We couldn’t be happier with how the session (guided by Lotte) went, and it was great to see how the annex here offered an even better setting than the apartment in Rotterdam.
In this second update: a first look at “A Step-By-Step Guide – Preparing For Your First Psychedelic Experience” (a free guide to help people explore psychedelics (for the first time)). A plan for the coming weeks (I expect we’ll do an update like this every two weeks), and that’s pretty much it.
Creating the Guide
When we set out to create “A Step-By-Step Guide – Preparing For Your First Psychedelic Experience”, we knew it was essential to draw from a wellspring of real experience and knowledge. Between the two of us, we’ve gone through more than 100 psychedelic experiences, each with its own insights, challenges, and revelations. These personal encounters have shaped our perspectives and equipped us with a deep understanding of the nuances and details of such transformative experiences.
Over the years, many curious souls have approached us with questions, concerns, and stories. We listened carefully to every question, every concern, and every wondrous tale. This feedback was invaluable, allowing us to identify common themes of curiosity and concern. We’ve woven these insights into the fabric of our guide, so that it answers the real, pressing questions that many newcomers grapple with.
Accessibility was another cornerstone of our approach. We recognize that the world of psychedelics can sometimes seem overwhelming, shrouded in jargon and mystique. Our aim was to demystify this world, presenting information clearly, concisely, and relatably. Whether you’re a seasoned psychonaut or just beginning to consider the idea of a psychedelic journey, our guide is designed to be a friendly companion, offering wisdom and reassurance at every step.
