At FLO Coaching, we believe in personal attention and customization. Our exclusive 1-on-1 programs are specially designed for people who want to work consciously and with intention on their growth. No group ceremonies or standard programs, but a safe, professional and warm setting in rural Anna Paulowna, an hour above Amsterdam. Here Lotte (therapist with 10+ years of mental health experience) and Floris (psychologist and founder of a global platform for psychedelic research) guide you through every phase: from preparation and intention, through the psychedelic experience itself, to the integration of your insights into your daily life.

What to expect.

• A personal introductory meeting: We like to start with a free introductory meeting to explore your questions and wishes. This can be done by phone or online.
• A warm, homey setting: Our location – a gazebo surrounded by greenery – offers the peace, safety and security you need to dive fully into your process.
• Customized guidance: We tailor each step of the process to your unique situation, needs and intentions. No standard solutions, but a personal approach that really makes a difference.
• Profound transformation: Psychedelic truffles can open doors to new insights, breaking stubborn patterns and regaining clarity and direction. With our professional support, you will translate these insights into lasting, positive change in your life.

At FLO Coaching you work 1-on-1 with either Lotte or Floris. You choose who you feel the best click with. Lotte brings a warm, intuitive and psychologically informed coaching, with a focus on women’s health, body work and ACT therapy. Floris offers a calm, unbiased and scientifically grounded approach, with a passion for turning insights into long-term impact.

1. Introduction & Intention: Schedule an initial meeting to answer your questions, get your intentions in focus and discover together if our approach is right for you.
2. Preparation: We guide you in shaping your intentions and take extensive time to prepare you for the psychedelic journey.
3. The Psychedelic Experience: In a safe, comfortable setting, take an inner journey guided by music, meditation and our continuous presence.
