La pleine conscience est une comp\u00e9tence particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cieuse lors de la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique. <strong>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pratique, elle peut devenir une ancre et un guide durant le <a href=\"https:\/\/flocoaching.nl\/diensten\/\">voyage psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Voici sept exercices de pleine conscience que vous pouvez int\u00e9grer \u00e0 votre routine quotidienne.<\/strong> Abordez ces pratiques avec patience et sans jugement. Plus vous les ferez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, plus la pleine conscience deviendra naturelle. Commencez par quelques minutes par jour et augmentez progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces exercices renforceront votre concentration, votre conscience de soi et votre \u00e9quanimit\u00e9. <strong>Ils vous permettront de devenir un observateur calme et curieux de votre paysage int\u00e9rieur.<\/strong> En ramenant sans cesse votre attention au pr\u00e9sent, vous entra\u00eenez votre esprit \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9 et centr\u00e9, m\u00eame pendant des \u00e9tats profond\u00e9ment modifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites de la pleine conscience un point d&rsquo;ancrage alors que vous vous pr\u00e9parez mentalement, \u00e9motionnellement et spirituellement \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/flocoaching.nl\/diensten\/\">voyage psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique<\/a>. Respiration Carr\u00e9e (Box Breathing)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;exercice de respiration suivant peut \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment de la journ\u00e9e. Cet exercice s&rsquo;appelle la \u00ab respiration carr\u00e9e \u00bb et se d\u00e9roule comme suit : fermez les yeux et asseyez-vous de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9tendue. D&rsquo;abord, portez votre attention sur votre respiration. Inspirez lentement par le nez en comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre. Sentez l&rsquo;air qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans vos poumons. Puis retenez votre souffle en comptant lentement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre. N&rsquo;essayez pas de pincer votre bouche ou votre nez. Commencez \u00e0 expirer lentement pendant quatre temps. Restez ensuite quatre temps sans souffle. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ces \u00e9tapes de 4 \u00e0 8 fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Activite_Consciente\"><\/span>2. Activit\u00e9 Consciente<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choisissez une activit\u00e9 quotidienne (par ex. manger, marcher, prendre une douche ou boire un caf\u00e9) que vous ferez avec une attention totale dans la p\u00e9riode \u00e0 venir. Quelle activit\u00e9 souhaitez-vous accomplir avec une attention consciente ? Essayez d&rsquo;y engager tous vos sens. Regardez, sentez, ressentez, \u00e9coutez et go\u00fbtez en pleine conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Observer_les_Pensees\"><\/span>3. Observer les Pens\u00e9es<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asseyez-vous dans un endroit calme et r\u00e9glez un minuteur sur 3 \u00e0 5 minutes. Essayez maintenant d&rsquo;observer consciemment vos pens\u00e9es (on parle aussi de \u00ab noter \u00bb en m\u00e9ditation). Quand vous le faites, visualisez cette pens\u00e9e comme s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une publication sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (Instagram) que vous faites d\u00e9filer. Ne vous engagez pas dans le contenu de la pens\u00e9e. Regardez la pens\u00e9e et voyez-la d\u00e9filer devant vous. Ressentir le Corps<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asseyez-vous ou allongez-vous dans un endroit calme et r\u00e9glez un minuteur sur 3 \u00e0 5 minutes. Assurez-vous d&rsquo;\u00eatre confortablement install\u00e9. Placez-vous de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 bien percevoir ce qui se passe dans votre corps. Une fois bien install\u00e9, concentrez-vous sur ce que vous ressentez maintenant dans votre corps. Il peut s&rsquo;agir de sensations physiques, d&rsquo;\u00e9motions ou d&rsquo;autres ressentis. Vous \u00eates le seul \u00e0 pouvoir percevoir ce que vous ressentez. Si vous ressentez quelque chose, observez-le et nommez-le. Par exemple, si vous sentez une tension, dites-vous : \u00ab Je remarque qu&rsquo;il y a de la tension dans mon cou et mes \u00e9paules \u00bb. Ou si vous ressentez une \u00e9motion, dites-vous : \u00ab Je ressens de l&rsquo;irritation. \u00bb Restez attentif \u00e0 ce ressenti jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un nouveau apparaisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Meditation_Marchee\"><\/span>5. M\u00e9ditation March\u00e9e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trouvez un chemin tranquille ou un endroit o\u00f9 vous pourrez marcher en pleine conscience pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes. Tout en marchant, concentrez-vous sur les sensations dans vos pieds et vos jambes. Sentez chaque pas, percevez le sol sous vous. Si votre esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9gare, ramenez doucement votre attention aux sensations de la marche. Dites le mantra lentement et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, en vous concentrant uniquement sur le son et la sensation des mots. Si des pens\u00e9es surgissent, notez-les bri\u00e8vement et revenez au mantra. R\u00e9glez un minuteur sur 5 \u00e0 10 minutes. Le mantra vous aide \u00e0 vous ancrer dans le moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Scan_Corporel\"><\/span>7. Scan Corporel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allongez-vous confortablement et portez syst\u00e9matiquement votre attention sur chaque partie de votre corps. Commencez par vos orteils, puis vos pieds, vos chevilles, vos mollets, vos genoux, etc., en remontant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 votre t\u00eate. Remarquez les sensations, les tensions ou les \u00e9motions, sans les juger. Respirez dans les zones qui semblent tendues. Si votre esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9gare, ramenez doucement votre attention au corps. Prenez 5 \u00e0 10 minutes pour terminer le scan.
