Int\u00e9gration matinale &#8211; Allez marcher<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bouger le matin aide \u00e0 \u00e9claircir mon esprit du brouillard.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je [<a href=\"https:\/\/flocoaching.nl\/over\/\">Floris<\/a>] me r\u00e9veille avec une sensation cotonneuse et un l\u00e9ger mal de t\u00eate qui me bat aux tempes \u2013 un effet secondaire courant apr\u00e8s un voyage psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique intense. Apr\u00e8s avoir bu de l&rsquo;eau et pris une aspirine, je commence \u00e0 me sentir revigor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sachant que je n&rsquo;ai rien pr\u00e9vu aujourd&rsquo;hui, je pr\u00e9pare des flocons d&rsquo;avoine aux baies et un caf\u00e9. Je ne suis pas press\u00e9. Ma partenaire Lotte voit bien que je suis encore en train d&rsquo;assimiler et que je ne suis pas pr\u00eat pour beaucoup de conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, nous emmenons nos chiens, Max et Saar, pour une longue promenade dans la r\u00e9serve naturelle derri\u00e8re notre jardin. <strong>L&rsquo;air frais du matin et le mouvement aident \u00e0 dissiper le brouillard dans ma t\u00eate. J&rsquo;\u00e9vite d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment de regarder mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou des \u00e9crans<\/strong>, en essayant de ne pas surcharger mes sens (et curieusement, je n&rsquo;en ressens m\u00eame pas l&rsquo;envie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant que nous marchons sur les sentiers bois\u00e9s, des fragments du voyage d&rsquo;hier me reviennent. <strong>Mais je ne m&rsquo;accroche pas encore trop fortement \u00e0 un aper\u00e7u particulier.<\/strong> Je sais qu&rsquo;il y aura amplement de temps pour int\u00e9grer cette exp\u00e9rience dans les jours \u00e0 venir. Pour l&rsquo;instant, garder les choses l\u00e9g\u00e8res et ancr\u00e9es me semble juste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand nous rentrons \u00e0 la maison, je r\u00e9siste \u00e0 toute envie de faire de grandes d\u00e9clarations ou des changements bas\u00e9s sur ce qui a \u00e9merg\u00e9 pendant le voyage. Rester ancr\u00e9 &#8211; Faites quelque chose de plus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je m\u00e9dite, en laissant les pens\u00e9es et les souvenirs du voyage \u00e9merger sans m&rsquo;y attacher.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la promenade, je d\u00e9cide de passer du temps \u00e0 jardiner et \u00e0 faire des travaux dans la maison. Le travail physique l\u00e9ger m&rsquo;ancre sans \u00eatre trop exigeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pendant que j&rsquo;arrache les mauvaises herbes et que je taille les plantes, j&rsquo;entre dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit paisible et m\u00e9ditatif.<\/strong> La simplicit\u00e9 d&rsquo;enfoncer mes mains dans la terre est apaisante. Je me sens connect\u00e9 aux cycles de la nature en prenant soin du jardin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus tard, je peins de mani\u00e8re m\u00e9ditative \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. En appliquant une nouvelle couche de peinture ocre (orange) sur un mur du salon, j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie comment les psych\u00e9d\u00e9liques peuvent nous faire voir les d\u00e9tails ordinaires sous un nouveau jour. <strong>Tout semble scintiller de vie et de sens suppl\u00e9mentaires le lendemain d&rsquo;un voyage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Je <a href=\"https:\/\/flocoaching.nl\/hoe-je-in-slechts-5-minuten-een-meditatieve-staat-kunt-bereiken\/\">m\u00e9dite<\/a> seul, en suivant ma respiration et en laissant les pens\u00e9es et les souvenirs du voyage \u00e9merger sans m&rsquo;y attacher.<\/strong> Je me sens pr\u00e9sent et calme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les activit\u00e9s simples de jardinage, de peinture et de m\u00e9ditation me r\u00e9int\u00e8grent dans la routine de la vie quotidienne, tout en honorant les aper\u00e7us magiques de mon exploration psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Coaching_dintegration_%E2%80%93_Parlez_a_quelquun\"><\/span>3. Coaching d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration &#8211; Parlez \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les le\u00e7ons apprises sont ancr\u00e9es en les partageant avec Lotte.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir jardin\u00e9 et m\u00e9dit\u00e9, je m&rsquo;assois avec ma <a href=\"https:\/\/flocoaching.nl\/diensten\/\">partenaire\/coach-pour-quelques-jours, Lotte<\/a>, pour discuter de certains aper\u00e7us cl\u00e9s qui ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 pendant mon voyage. Elle me demande quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les plus grandes r\u00e9v\u00e9lations pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Je lui parle de la prise de conscience que beaucoup de mes d\u00e9cisions sont guid\u00e9es par la peur plut\u00f4t que par le courage et la confiance en soi.<\/strong> Mon voyage m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 voir tous les moments o\u00f9 je me suis retenu de poursuivre mes r\u00eaves ou d&rsquo;exprimer mon vrai moi par crainte d&rsquo;\u00eatre jug\u00e9 ou de l&rsquo;\u00e9chec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lotte confirme combien il est douloureux mais lib\u00e9rateur de reconna\u00eetre nos limitations inconscientes. Int\u00e9grer passivement &#8211; Profitez de la journ\u00e9e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;\u00e9cris dans mon journal le soir et d\u00e9balle les souvenirs et les aper\u00e7us du voyage.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi, je vais courir dans les dunes pr\u00e8s de chez nous pour \u00e9vacuer un peu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Le mouvement rythmique me permet d&rsquo;absorber et de traiter davantage le voyage. <strong>Je sens ma clart\u00e9 s&rsquo;affiner pendant que je bouge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand je rentre \u00e0 la maison, <strong>j&rsquo;\u00e9vite de boire de l&rsquo;alcool<\/strong>, sachant que cela pourrait troubler ma psych\u00e9 encore sensible. \u00c0 la place, je pr\u00e9pare un plat de curry de l\u00e9gumes de mon livre de cuisine Ottolenghi pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 (SIMPLE). Couper et mijoter est apaisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s le d\u00eener, je lis le roman \u00ab La Machine \u00e0 exp\u00e9riences \u00bb, sur la fa\u00e7on dont notre cerveau fa\u00e7onne la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. M&rsquo;immerger dans une litt\u00e9rature connexe me garde plong\u00e9 dans les th\u00e8mes psych\u00e9d\u00e9liques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, <strong>je prends le temps avant de me coucher d&rsquo;\u00e9crire dans mon journal et de remplir trois pages o\u00f9 j&rsquo;approfondis les souvenirs et les aper\u00e7us du voyage<\/strong>. Mettre ces r\u00e9flexions sur papier ancre davantage l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans ma conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que je m&rsquo;endors, je ressens une immense gratitude pour le voyage et tout ce qu&rsquo;il m&rsquo;a montr\u00e9.
