In a safe setting, a psychedelic experience can become unforgettable. A day full of beauty and insights that stay with you for a long time. It is a true privilege for me to hold this day for you. With my background in psychology, I provide professional guidance throughout the entire process. My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based therapy that combines well with the effects of psychedelics.

We start with a thorough preparation. Together we discuss where you are now, which patterns you encounter and what your intentions are. This way we make sure the journey fits what you need. On the day itself, we begin with a preparatory session, after which you take a carefully attuned dose of truffles and your journey begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience itself lasts an average of 4 to 5 hours. During this deep journey inward, I am there to support you the entire time. You are cared for with delicious food, beautiful music and all the comfort you need. Afterwards we help you to take your insights into your daily life. Together we look at how you can translate this experience into lasting change.<\/p>\n\n\n

The session takes a full day and begins gently. On arrival there is time to settle in, do a preparatory coaching session and discuss your intentions for the day. Would you prefer to start the morning with a walk or a short yoga session? That’s possible \u2014 because your wishes are central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you are ready, you take a carefully attuned dose of psychedelic truffles. We guide you with a meditation and fitting music. With your eyes closed, you make a journey inward. Every journey is unique. Your sense of time fades, colors become more intense, and music touches you more deeply than ever. Thoughts and feelings flow more freely, allowing you to look at yourself and your life with new eyes. \u00a0I am there to guide you safely, whatever comes your way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 4 to 5 hours you begin to land again. At the end of the experience we take time to debrief calmly and close the day with a nourishing, homemade meal. Want to stay overnight? That’s possible. The journey takes place in Anna Paulowna, an hour north of Amsterdam, in the heart of the North Holland countryside. Our welcoming garden house, surrounded by greenery and calm, is a place where you feel at home right away. Here you can fully come back to yourself. Truffles are among the safest psychoactive substances, but that doesn’t mean they are without risks. Our psychedelic sessions are not suitable for individuals with underlying psychiatric or somatic conditions. In such cases, we cannot provide adequate guidance.
