We start with a thorough preparation. Together we discuss where you are now, which patterns you encounter and what your intentions are. This way we make sure the journey fits what you need. On the day itself we begin with a preparation session, after which you receive a carefully tuned dose of truffles and your journey begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience itself lasts on average 4 to 5 hours. During this deep journey inward we are there the whole time to support you. You are taken care of with delicious food, beautiful music and all the comfort you need. Afterward we help you bring your insights into your daily life. The session lasts the whole day and begins calmly. On arrival there is time to land, do a preparatory coaching session and discuss your intentions for the day. Would you prefer to start the morning with a walk or a short yoga session? That’s possible, because your wishes are central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you are ready, you take a carefully tuned dose of psychedelic truffles. We guide you with a meditation and fitting music. With your eyes closed you make a journey inward. Every journey is unique. Your sense of time fades, colors become more intense, and music touches you more deeply than ever. Truffles are among the safest psychoactive substances, but that doesn’t mean they’re without risks. Our psychedelic sessions are not suitable for people with underlying psychiatric or somatic conditions. In such cases we cannot offer adequate guidance.
